Aqua Vu MAV Out of Production

Does anyone know why Aqua Vu is no longer making the motorized unit that installs permanently on your boat? I'm wondering if it was because they didn't sell very well because of the price or if there were issues with the quality/dependability of them.

Has anybody had problems with theirs?

I would guess it has more to do with price...sweet tool but very spendy.

Ive had mine for about 5 years works great I am willing to sell at a great price if interested. just dont use enough make me an offer in a PM

as many know I do a lot of work with Aqua-Vu, the MAV is a great product.

Within the last couple years , the parent company of Aqua Vu went out of business, A new company bought the product and the name and has started their own direction.

This is what I feel has happened to the MAV.. The new company wanted to go in a different direction....Simple as that. I dont think you need to read into anything...

I have one of these on my boat that I bought this spring and really don't use it. Wanting to sell it. Any suggestions on a price to put on it? Figure someone will snatch it up. Be great mounting in an ice house also.

Any advice?
