I went out to start my vehicle today and it would start and stall. It would stay running as long as I kept my foot on the gas peddle. I have no way to check the tps sensor, do you believe this could be the issue? It has about 217,000 miles on it. I will try to see what the fuel pressure is when I have an extra minute. Seeing what all of you think.

you have the classic symptom of a stuck IAC (idle control valve).

pull the snorkel from the throttle body. you will see a passage that the IAC uses to bypass air around the throttle plate. Look in that passege and you should see the pintle of the IAC. Carefull pry it back a little and then start the vehicle. If it starts and runs you can try removing the IAC and cleaning the bore and the valve. Usually the pintle will be worn which will cause it to get stuck. A new one should fix the problem.
