Clam Nanook Seat Replacement

fishnowworknever

Question

So I bought one 2 years ago ( I think ) and it came with the tiny little square seats. They are one of the most horrible seats I've ever sat in, I'd rather sit on a padded bucket.

Anyways, I'm thinking about replacing them with the newer model that clam has. They aren't the premium gray seats but the ones listed on their site for 45.99

Does anyone have any comments on these? I tried them out at a store and they are 100% better than what I have now. I'm wondering if there is an even better alternative out there around the same price or cheaper?

Thanks

I belive those are the same ones that come in the Pro TCX and Voyager TCX. If that is the case ythe are great. The seats that are in the new Nanooks are not as cushioned but still pretty good.

I have the old stadium seat in my little Scout and I agree it kind of hard on the arse.

My brother has the nanook, and I have a guide. We swapped out one of mine for one of his as I usually fish alone anyway, but of I fish in his house I still get the good seat, that was the deal. my other brother has some non padded gray seats he may be interested in selling, taken out of a voyager. Pm me if interested.
