Glad mine were bigger than that! Don't worry, with better ice and a little snow cover, they will be fine.

Well, I went all the way down to a Gill Pill since they didn't seem to wanna bite. Then I ended up with this little cigar.

It looked like it hammered it on the vex, but I didn't feel anything. So i reeled up to check my bait and there the little perch was. Just to bad the bigger perch weren't that aggresive.

Not trying to sound condescending but a Gill Pill is sometimes the biggest thing on my line. I fish with 2.5 or 3mm fiskas or skandias and nothing larger most of the time. add some dancing plastic and 2lb line and you should be ready to rock.

I tend to fish the same as Muc, bigger isn't always bigger....and if he and his group aren't catching fish, go home
