Anglers On Friday. The Grade & Silver on Sat.

At Anglers Had the Camera down were in 6 feet of water. Saw few perch, tons of Blue Gill, a few crappie, about 4-5 Walleye, and a couple pike. 2 of them were over 30 inches, and I'm thinking the big one was close to 40 if not over. They took a swipe at my kastmaster, but the minnow kicked and it rolled down the side of the pike.

Overall, on Friday we seen fish all day on the camera. However they weren't in the Bitting mood for us. We were using wax worms and minnows. A group of two older guys caught 10, and were using spikes that were about 20 feet from us in maybe 6.5-7foot of water.

On Saturday, We tried the Grade for a bit and caught some small perch, then gave up and thought we'd try Silver Lake by lake park after talking to a few guys that were going to try the grade claiming they just came from Anglers and didn't catch anything. Didn't see much or catch much. Been kinda slow.

Why the camera??? You can easily sight fish in Anglers, at least we were today. Didn't fare much better, saw fish only caught a few nothing worth eating. Checked out west after noon and sketchy at best in Smiths, 2 of the guys stayed in Emerson, I went to do a few things that neede done...Ice is so clear on West you can see through it to the bottom in 7-8' of water, didn't see a single fish....

I don't like the down viewing. I perfer the side view. Plus you can spin the camera and see if there are fish in the other directions. I hide the camera cord with a reel weeds, and haven't noticed it spooking any fish. Not only that, but it saves the neck and back from trying to stare down the hole all day. Plus how in the heck can you see those blue gills staring straight down on them? It's like a little dark sliver.

Were you on the north side? I was on Friday, was wondering if anyone was on anglers on the south side. Seen some off of marble, even seen a shack out fairly far. Guy had more balls then i would. not only that I wouldn't wana drag my shack that far.

Yea up in the North end between the resort and Trickles. Saw 1 guy off Reeds out about 1/4 mile or so and several on Big Stoney, not a bad drag ot to the reef on Buffalo without snow, have drug my 3 man out there several times.... only .78 miles out.....
