Met a buddy at Cabela's last sunday to exchange some venison and we decided to head inside to do some looking around.

We both have been "PC" gamers in the past but he's started to make the jump to PS3 where I've tend to dig in my heals a bit.

Make a long story short....the cabela's game complete with the gun got him intrigued.....but he didn't pull the trigger as he wondered if it was on network or not. (which I told him no)

After going into gamestop to talk about the game.....the guys at gamestop informed him the gun with the cabelas game only works with the cabelas game...where as the "Move" gun for PS3...works with not only the cabelas games but all the other "shooter" games on PS3....Guess I never thought about that....

I'd have been mad if I spent 80 bucks on the game package w/ gun and bought the latest resident evil or something just to find out it is compatible...Not sure if it is the same on the other two consoles....but I would think it probably is.

Just an FYI on something I "learned"....
