I now know the pain of having to make that decision. I put my 11 year old yellow lab to sleep this afternoon. I already miss the head on the lap.

Sorry to hear duff, she was a great looking dog and a heck of a fishing partner I imagine. I about lost it when I saw the pic of her staring down the ice hole . They are all worthy of a frame but there is something special about the last one. We had to put our Golden down last week, so I know how you feel. We all know how you feel, its terrible having to say good bye but the memories will last forever.
