MN_Pilot
Due to some extremely unfortunate health reasons, my wife is going to be inheriting her father's boat, which was past down to him by his brother. It's a Ranger 363V w/ 175hp Mercury. I'm guessing it's from 1989. It's very sentimental to her and I want to get it reconditioned. It's in fairly good shape where I don't think the fiberglass needs repairing. It basically hasn't been cleaned up for at least the last five years. Seats are good, maybe some new carpet. I basically want to bring it to someone to have it polished up, new carpet, make sure everything is in good working order. I don't necessarily need one person to do everything. I can find someone in the area to do the motor maintenance. Does anyone know of a good place to bring it this winter to get it ready for us this spring? I'm located in Fergus Falls, willing to drive a few hours if I have to.
GRAND DAD
I would recomend posting this in the Ottertail forum, there has been lots of talk over the years about some very bad people in the area, and there is one shop thats name seems to come up quite a bit that is very good, but I don't know it. Sorry I guess my point is make sure to do your home work don't want your wife to get [PoorWordUsage] off.
