When doing the simple method do you salt the skin and underneath or just the skin?

I salt the skin and put some other spices under the skin. Use your imagination here. I like a simple seasoned salt, but lots of options.

I did this recipe with a turkey for thanksgiving, and it was fantastic!! Everybody said it was the best they've had.

I think all these various turkey cooking methods all sound great, BUT, I have been using the easiest , fastest, perfect turkey every time by using these plastic bags for cooking...Almost cant do it wrong, browns perfectly as the turkey is getting down, and very moist. I know it seems unamerican, but, it works great.
