I salt the skin and put some other spices under the skin. Use your imagination here. I like a simple seasoned salt, but lots of options. corncob Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 I think all these various turkey cooking methods all sound great, BUT, I have been using the easiest , fastest, perfect turkey every time by using these plastic bags for cooking...Almost cant do it wrong, browns perfectly as the turkey is getting down, and very moist.
