Pop up storage

Just bought a 1997 Jayco pop up this summer and will be storing it for the first time over the winter. I know that when the refrigerator is being used, the camper should be as close to level as possible. When it is being stored for the winter, should I do my best to level the camper or does it not really matter?

For storage it doesn't matter unless it's outside, then I crank the jack up as far as it goes to help water run off it and not pool in any low spots of the roof. A tarp over the whole thing will make sure it's all dry inside come spring also.
