Help wanted - snow shoveling (White Bear Lake)

I have a decent sized townhome complex right off of 35E in White Bear Lake that I'm trying to find a couple of people to do snowplowing at. We are paying $15 per hour with bi-monthly bonus of $5 per hour as long as you show up and do the work competently and in a timely manner. Snowblowers, shovels and gas will be provided.   As a recovering machinist, I can appreciate that. If the spec is 0.001 - 0.0015, then clearly the correct measurement is 0.00125, duh…
