You'll probably have more action or at the very least see more fish on WBL.

Lots of rec traffic to dodge on nice days but I guess you'll have that on white bear too.

Its a smaller lake you can cover it pretty quick and see whats happening.

Bigger issue then rec traffic is finding weeds and any areas to worth fishing... Big fish in that lake BUT it's messed up - the lake assassin's (Associations) dictate everything out there and the end result is not conducive for fisherman.

I will give this tip, on the large flat just west from the launch you might - I repeat might be able to find a small patch of cabbage - small like half the size of your boat and smaller, not always any around but sometimes and they seem to hold multiple fish.

I've been out there half a dozen times this year and not so much as a follow. I've talked to other muskie guys out there as well and they've all had exactly the same as me.
