84 suziki 1000

Hi everyone,

A guy I know has his 84 suz 1000 for sale. pretty much mint shape.

Runs a little rough cold but once warmed up, purrs like a kitten. Dressed up with the hard bags. He said make an offer. What do you guys think. Shes old but I dont want to insult the guy either. I just want to make a fair offer. thirty two thousand miles on it. Tires are good. New sprocket, and chain.

From past experience, older bikes don't bring much $$$ unless they're a rare antique. Even in the condition you mentioned, I'd guess at somewhere between $800 to an extreme high end of $1500.

Its not an 84 its a 79, I just found out. Doesnt matter too much I guess
