State Trapper's Association Summer Convention

Hey all you trappers and varmit hunters out there,

Next Friday, July 29th 2011 through Sunday the 31st, will be the annual Minnesota Trapper's Association Summer Convention in Redwood Falls, MN. The event will be held at the Redwood County Fairgrounds in Redwood Falls. There is camping availiable and several hotels within blocks of the fairgrounds.

There will be numerous demos, seminars, raffles and vendors at the convention, and even things for the kids and the ladies to do. Should be a really fun time!

I've never made it to one of the conventions before but might have to try this one.

I'm comming from Bemidji after work to renew membership, drop off raffle tickets and mabey pickup a few things from the vendors. If you've never been to one it is something to check out!!

I was at the convention on sunday,but I didnt get there until 1:30. I was disapointed that the venders didnt stay later. maybe next year I will be able to make it.

Thats too bad. There were a ton of venders friday and saturday. Next year the national convention is in Owatonna and the state on will be then as well. That will really be one to mark on your calender.
