Trolling question

I have no experience with trolling, but have read about people getting Bass when trolling for Walleye.

What speed do you troll at? What depth? I assume some sort of Rapala type lure is used.

At this time of year 2.2 to 2.5 mph is a good place to start. Troll over the weeds with a bait that gets down to the tops of the weeds, or move out to the deep weed edges with a bait that gets down near the bottom.
