I'm from the Clarkfield, MN area and am looking for someone to build a rod for me. It's going to be a gift to a very good friend. He likes to fish Pike and Musky. Want to put some ideas together and talk price. I have no idea what something like this might cost but I do not have a dollar limit. I just want it to be one of a kind specific to him.

Does anyone know if there is someone in my area or turn me in the right direction. Thanks

Try the Bill and Al at Midwest Rod n Reel. They do great work at a good price. Otherwise there are many good rod builders who post here who may work with you. I had a few rods done by Rods By Engel and they turned out very nice as well.
