Wow thanks a lot. Not gonna lie, that is a bit confusing to me. I have a broken seal on my motor and it has been leaking and im just curious where in the motor this takes place? Also, is it expensive to fix something like that? thanks a lot

Are you positive it's lower unit lube? Some people mistake oil leaking from the prop as a bad seal. Most of the time it's unburnt 2stroke oil in the exhaust and will do no harm.

Dip your finger into the oil that's leaking and smell it. If it has a gassy or burnt smell it's probably just oil in the exhaust and wouldn't worry about it. Also check the lower unit lube, is it milky or seem low?
