New turkey zones?

Anybody have any inside info on the new turkey zones that the DNR is going to be coming out with? According to my OD News they are going from 78 zones to just eight and three WMAs (Mille Lacs, Whitewater, And Carlos Avery) for a total of eleven. Obviously a zone is going to be a lot bigger than what we now have. I'm hoping that helps me down here in the southwest corner as I have a couple of spots now that are just outside our current zone boundaries. Should be interesting.

I hear you there I live in big lake and have a great area south of the river and here. I never get to do both. Would be nice to be able to hunt both areas or head up to Isle and hunt with a buddy of mine up there since we never seem to plan to far out in advance.

be interesting to see how that changes draw stats since certain areas up north less then 10 tags were handed out per season and if they just make it one big zone now
