The little photographer

My son will be 5 at the end of June, and has been wanting to use my camera every time I pull it out of the bag. I walked into the office the day after shooting a wedding at which he was a guest, and he has the big one out of the bag and decided he was going to do some shooting. I grabbed the backup and quick snapped this one while he was having some fun. Soon, he says he wants to start helping me out when I shoot weddings. I told him it might be a bit yet, but maybe in a couple years.

Yeah, I told him if he ever wants to play with the camera he has to ask first and then put the strap around his neck first thing. I don't let him take pictures with it in the boat yet, for good reason, but around the house and back yard, he is good to go. I have an old Powershot G2 that he uses all the time, even gets some pretty cool photos with it. I will have to see what I can find from his archives and maybe post a couple up.
