Dodge exhaust brake

When should I turn it on? I've never had it on yet but read somewhere that it should be turned on pretty much all the time, towering or not. Does having it on affect fuel milage either way? What do you guys think?

I would leave it on all the times. I actually have people I know reversing the system, where it is always, on, then if you need it off push the little button.

Thanks Val! What is the reason out should be on? Does it affect milage at all? I tried it three other day, it does sound pretty cool

It doesn't help any mileage at all, it just helps your brakes, you should try it with a heavy trailer downhill, you'll love it.
