Mildew

Tinkhamtown

Question

Just got a vintage hunting knife and the sheath has some mildew on it. How do I stop the mildew and restore the sheath? Thinking clorex bleach or neatsfoot oil? Does anyone have experience with this problem? Thank you.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you that is why I come here to ask questions? Saddle soap worked great and the vintage knife sheath looks great!

Tink

Very cool that things worked out great. Always nice to have the sheath that came with the knife when it is old.
