I just went to pick up a Marlin 336C I had a gun shop order for me. I sure hope not all new Marlins are in that kind of shape. Mine had a bent sight, scrapes in the barrel, and wood putty in the stock. Not good at all. The dealer was going to send the gun back for me.

Has anyone else had these types of issues with the new Marlins? I really want a 336 but am a bit hesitant to order another one.
