Android Phone Problem

My phone keeps coming up with the following message:

"The Process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"

-Force Close-

Once I press force close the message goes away but comes right back up 3-5 seconds later. anybody know whats going on with my phone or how to fix it? Its a MyTouch 3G Slide.

Just from a quick look, it appears that a lot of people with the Eris are having this issue.

Appears that it might be related to something with contacts or Facebook.

You might have to do a hard reset or factory wipe.

I think its time to put a custom rom on there and say goodbye to all errors!

Pull the battery to force a complete shutdown and try it again. Just like a PC you sometimes need to reboot.

I honestly pull the battery about every two days, or anytime I notice things slow down greatly
