ITS GONE WE did it, ITS GONE. Thanks everyone. Finaly got it deleted. I used malwarebytes as suggested. Scanning with it did not find it, but under the more tools tab was something called fileassassin. It said it would help delete locked files, so I thought what the heck, give it a try and shazam its gone.

Thanks again I really do appreciate all the help.
