A fun event as usual....Its for all kids big and little I'll be there helping Jim out and signing autographs Might even be a few morels to be had too!

Update:

I just received the special permit for Trout Day. All registered (participating) attendees at the 11th Annual Trout Day will NOT have to hold a fishing license OR trout stamp to fish.####must be catch and release#### (Only event that has this permit)

Great opportunity for some one interested in trying it out, or hasn't in a while, getting out for the first time of the year or simply needs that excuse to get out on the water.

Only cost for Trout Day is the parking pass.

*Couple more friendly reminders. Please respect those presenting by being on time.

*Registration for door prizes ends at noon and only those participating in the days events are eligible for door prizes.(This has been abused in the past believe it or not)

*Also, if you are new to fishing or Trout Day, please ASK questions. Please don't go home at days end, with quetions left un answered. There will be both fly fishing instruction and spin fishing instruction available. I will also provide a few rods and fly rod set-ups for use during the day.

*Please bring your own water/pop etc for you and yours.

hey jim, i'll be out with my son that morning fishing like years past. the early registration cut into are morning fishing trip. if we're not there between 8-9 what time would be better closer to noon thats not to late? i'd like to make sure my son get's his name in the door prize box. thx L D
