Thanks for picking it up, and like others said... You're a true sportsman.

This being my first year ice fishing, I was completely appauled at all the garbage that gets left on the ice. I guess for me, it was "Out of sight, out of mind" before this year. My last 5 or so trips, I'd bring out a garbage bag just to pick up other peoples cr@p on my walk out and back in. I bet I could have filled a 5 gallon bucket with all the darn cigarette butts I found out there. It would be nice to see more people take the initiative that you have... and leave these lakes/streams/rivers in better shape than what you found them.

Why stop at the lakes/streams/rivers? When my company has its' biannual volunteer road pickup outing along the 6 mile stretch of cty hwy here, it's sad to see the hundreds+ of butts on the shoulder and in the ditches that are carelessly flicked out the window by citizens and sportsmen alike - and that's just a 6 mile stretch of road, here in 'vacationland' MN.
