Nice lake...wonder what it could be.... Don't answer that. I already know and that lake gets enough muskie pressure. It is always nice to get the pictures, let alone video on a fish. Good job.

THAT WAS A GREAT VIDEO.. WE HAVE BEEN OUT THERE A LOT THIS YEAR AND THE MUSKIES HAVE BEEN ON THE RIP, WE HAVE BOATED SOME NICE FISH THIS YEAR, AND STRANGLY ENOUGH THAT SPOT YOU ARE FISHING HAS PRODUCED THE LARGEST FISH FOR US SO FAR THIS YEAR.47 1/2.. AND OF COURSE IT IS STILL THERE SWIMMING.

Appreciate the feedback that North Metro lake is pretty good...even with the sun shining. Now if we could only get one of the Mille Lacs monsters to eat for the camera. Stay tuned maybe we'll get huge one on film this week.

I SAW THE STRANGEST THING THE LAST TIME I WAS OUT THERE. I WATCHED A 50+ IN MUSKIE LAUNCH INTO THE AIR, STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN, IT CLEARED THE WATER BY AT LEAST 2 FEET. ALL DAY LONG WE HAD BEEN SEEING TONS OF BAIT FISH BREAKING THE SURFACE AND THAT WAS WHERE WE WERE FISHING. THIS FISH WAS NOT CHASING ANY LURES, BUT HURDING BAIT FISH AND BLEW UP ON THEM. I KNOW THERE ARE SOME MONSTERS IN THIS LAKE.. JUST NEED TO PUT THE TIME IN. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BEEN ABLE TO CAPTURE THAT ON CAMERA... IT WAS AWESOME...

Chris was fishing and we had one of our camera guys doing the filming. Like most of us I need to work less and fish more! We did some filming on Mille Lacs last Sunday saw some monsters but none of them would move. Just need that low overcast day to go back and hit them. Love to watch Mr. Big eat a Jackpot! We did get some nice smallies though.
