Butt seat-leaning seat

I've got my pedestal for the front of the boat-What butt seat/leaning seat does someone have that they could recommend.

I will be returning a basic bike-style seat I had picked up at the big C store.

When I had it attached to the pedestal, and sat on it, it just felt small and un-supportive.

I've got a Ranger Boat-Is an authentic Ranger seat worth it?

Ideas?

I use the basic one from FF. Seems ok.

Bob. The factory one i have is like an over groan bike seat with a very short back, but works well for me.I sort of sit on it, but with one foot on the control of the TM and the other on the floor. The after market one i have is about the same, but with out the back. There are after market ones that are just to lean against. I'm not sure what Ranger offers. You can go on line to see. Or do some searching to see what else is out there.

I prefer the casting seat with the tilt rack and with the higher 4" to 6" back. Then when in the tilt position you get more lumbar support and it feels much more secure. I like the tapered front version as I find it lessens the fatigue on the leg running a trolling motor.
