changing color of Navionics maps - android

Recommended Posts

Change your safety depth to something small in ft. It will change the shallows to blue, and the deep to white.

So for instance if you have it set at 6 ft. the water will be blue to 6 ft, any deeper it will be white.

That's the problem, the deep should dark blue not lighter color.

I wrote the developers a couple months back about this and they said it's the maps themselves and can't be changed. It would be nice to have it opposite but unless they do some major overhaul to the program it doesn't look like it will be changed.

Was on a lake yesterday where Navionics didn't have much info, so I had to break out the old H20/Lakemaster combo. I have a Droid X and that screen is so much easier to read than the H20, plus way more user friendly to use!! Its a great App!
