Steve Foss
Longtime teacher and photographer Ken Hupila and I are teaming up to offer two workshops in 2011. The first will focus on boreal wildflowers, including ladyslippers, other orchids and the plethora of beautiful flowers filling the woods and meadows of northeastern Minnesota in June. This 3-day workshop will include at least one day along Lake Superior's North Shore for those who enjoy landscape photography in a gorgeous setting. While flowers and landscapes will be a primary focus, there are always opportunities for other types of photography. The workshop will run from June 16-19. The second 3-day workshop will emphasize fall color in the same locations, and will be from Sept. 29 through Oct. 2. Cost is $600/person, and all experience levels are welcome. We have open spots available for both workshops. For more information, have a look at http://www.stevefossimages.com/Steve...Workshops.html If you're interested in a one-on-one photographic setting, I've been guiding photo excursions in all seasons around Ely and the North Shore since 2007, and can tailor any excursion to your specific needs or interests. I've guided more than 150 clients on excursions since 2007, with amateur photographers coming from as far away as the UK and Australia. For more information on the excursion experience, log on to http://www.stevefossimages.com/Steve...xcursions.html Thanks, and hope to see some of you up here in God's country this year!
