broken_line
i drove a f350 pulling a 20 foot trailer full "o" wood on my home lake in sw mn today no problem.. no honey combing ice yet.. but if you do go through late ice the only thing on your side might be making it home with out getting hypothermia. THATS IF YOU GET chances are if you went in, in the first place the surrounding ice wont be much good for grabbing picking or supporting your weight once you get out. your triple screwed if you fall in where theres about 6" of standing water and the hole you make creates a drain and sucks you down it.. if youve been around the block a few times you can usually tell what crappy ice looks like (dark blue/ black compared to the white or light blue surrounding ice)
