Can't adjust head lights?

Hey guys need some help? Since most of you regulars check this often and know I just purchased a 2001 SKS, I'm in need of adjusting the headlights? In past my older xcr's had springs and adjustments with easy access and all but after looking on the front and the inside cover behind the light bulbs I see no adjustments. Is this correct or am I over looking something?

I've gained access to the back side of the head lamps but just don't see how to point the lights up (currently pointing down)? Now I do know the previous owner upped the suspension on the back making the nose point down but I'm shocked that I can't get my lights up higher, help if you know what I'm dealing with?

Should be a "t" bolt attatched to the headlight pod with a clip that holds it in place. There is a spring underneath the bolt. You should be able to adjust the healight pod assembly up and down to your liking.
