I think they work better if you have a fat grub or some bluk on the jig, as far as using them for bobber fishing, i think I actually lost more fish because of the gap but trolling they work just fine as does pitching, but I would say they are no better, I usually tweak lead heads gap angle anyways

I have found that it is very difficult to keep minnows on this jig. I have tried just about everything I can think of to keep them on better with no luck. Maybe someone has had the same problem and figured it out? Otherwise, they have been about the same as other leadheads.

My Dad and I were Slipbobber fishing with the Wave Buster Bobbers, A glow Red Max Gap and a Leech and caught some very nice Walleyes on Fathers Day. Look at FM's Home Page photo on the right side of Rod Mosher and the 7Lb. Walleye. I thought they worked pretty good. Bruce Mosher
