After 13 year harmonious relationship with my MN landowner I have lost turkey access due to some other bad apple last fall.

What can I do?

The landowner preference winners will all claim or legit have other hunters during that season. Not really sure how I can prove to potential landowner that I am not a hunyuck. I am making phone calls and sending a letter with a landowner reference with dates I will be visiting in person.

I totally understand the landowners perspective: But I know the relationship can also be a positive for both parties. Any suggestions or things that have worked for you as a landowner Lease? Liability Insurance etc. Big Thanks
