archerystud
Recipe I was given and use. Kind of basic but very good:6 tbsp pickling salt6 cup water6 cups white vinegarBring top 3 too boilChopped garlicDill sprigsSliced jalapeñosChopped of sliced onionsCrushed red peper for a little kickI put 3-4 of each, garlic cloves, sliced jalapeños and onion slices in a jar. Pack it full of green beans, sprig or 2 of dill and fill the jar with the brine. My son loves them.

archerystud
Good idea. My son loves this recipe and it isn't too hot for him. He sometimes takes them into school for his snack time and helps me make them. However, I have to make sure I don't get them too hot for him. Let me know how the habaneros turn out.
