Nascar Race View

Anybody else try the free 14 day trial of Nascar Race View? I signed up before the shootout and really enjoyed the Scanner. It was cool to be able to listen to everyone stragizing in the last 10 laps. I highly recommend checking this out. I am thinking I might purchase just the scanner for the season being it is much cheaper than Race View. The only issue I found was that it has a little delay but that was easily solved by pausing the race on my DVR for about 6 seconds.

My Sprint phone came with a NASCAR app that allows for listening to the drivers or MRN radio. Officials too I believe. It's interesting to hear what the drivers and crews say! I also do the DVR trick to get everything in sync. The restrictor plate races are the best to listen to as the spotter is talking almost constantly and there is a lot more action happening.

I sure wish I could get that app on my verizon phone. There was a lot of teamwork and spotter coversation last night. It was cool to hear Kurt Busch relay a message to McMurray that they were going to make their move on the last lap on the backstrech, then he told his spotter he had a "plan". I can see how the plate tracks are probly the best tracks for the scanner. I actually found myself inoring the broadcasters to focus on the scanner conversations.
