Okamanpeedan lake

Anyone ever try fishing okamanpeedan lake? I know it is a shallow lake but heard there may be walleyes?

I am not much help on that corner of Iowa, but I do know that Okamanpeedan is also known as Tuttle Lake, if that helps.

Yes there are eyes and perch in there but personaly never fished it just 2nd hand info.

I have not fished Tuttle through the ice, but spent a lot of time there in the spring this year and pulled a lot of walleyes out of there while trolling, some days it was 12-14 inch fish and some days it was 18-22 inch fish and have pulled in a few perch while trolling also. This fall from shore by the outlet there were a bunch of walleye taken again and i even heard there was a decent crappie bite going on, but I personally didnt see that. So I do know there are (or at least were) pretty good numbers of walleyes in there.
