WalleyeChaser
Was out this morning found a solid 5" of ice on an area lake. Ended up with 1 flag (16" largemouth around 4lbs.-released) and a few small perch. Not a great start but it felt great to get back out there on that hard water!! Kind of expected though because of the late start due to Snowblowing and shoveling. Going to be out again in the morning closer to prime time with better luck hopefully! Good luck and stay safe! Drill many holes and check thickness when wandering out!!
WalleyeChaser
Out again this morning! Still no panfish keepers, but had 4 flags= 1-23"pike, 2 bass 14" and 17", and a miss. Got all the kinks worked out of the gear so now its time to get serious!! Good luck
