how do you go about posting a picture on the forum?
I tryed scanning, copying, but the forum dosen't or will not paste.

You have to use special FM forum board code - go here, read about "Images":

You must have the image hosted on another webserver, and use the URL to the image over there in your img tag here to get it to appear in your FM posting.
