yes most definately bring the dog besides shes got a fur coat to keep warm.

I used to have a chessie and she would jump out of the boat and swim to or back to the landing and she didnt care if she was breaking ice to do it either she love the cold water.

Thats what i've always done in the past. my new pup is 7 months but it doesnt seem to phase her.

Last Weekend, after 2 days and 34 birds in DL ND my 2 year old got "Cold Water Tail" She's fine now and ready to go again.
