OOPS!! That's funny.

Know a guy who always does the hides with a golf ball. They do a lot of them & many have hung a couple of days.

Have another buddy that uses the torch to burn the hairs off. Last night & finally butchered a button buck I'd skinned out Monday night. That worked pretty slick to get rid of those hairs.

I just take my time, hang the deer by the legs instead of cutting thru the neck, I take roasts an straps, an burger for sausage, with the roast I aint to picky with hair, i clean it up real good just before I sire it for the slow cooker, same with straps before frying, burger for sausage, rinse it off under the sink but I dont let alot of water run over the meat cause this will wash out the blood an the meat will loose flavor an color. I have often thought many times about how to eliminate the hair but just cant get away from it. I just take it slow an easy an it seems to work best. Boar

dang - i was hoping someone had a great trick that was a hairless butcher method.

just gonna have to try the rinse and stick to the torch otherwise.

i dont think that there is a hairless any method personaly although some great ideas have been posted. take your time, do the best you can and wipe off excess hair with a damp clean towel. good luck.
