MJ1657
Got the floor built for my new house I used 5/5" plywood and 2x2's. I made it 6"x8' with a 30"x48" hole. Now I have to decide what to use for sheeting on the exterior walls. I was thinking about using that T-111 plywood siding. What is anyones opinion on using that? My thought is that it holds up to the weather well but i'm a little worried it will be heavier than I would like.
browning_gold
I would not worry about using cedar T111 for the siding. Its quite a bit more expensive plus as long as you keep the house under cover during the warm time of year you should not have to worry about it being weathered since there is not much moisture in the air during the winter. I would just go with AC plywood for the sides.
