Old dog loves first snow

My soon to be 12 year old golden retriever Molly has loved snow her entire life. She loves to dip her head in it, roll around in it, eat it, or just run around in deep snow. I took her out for a while yesterday to play around in it and she loved it. Even in her old age, she plays like she is a puppy when there is snow around.

Yeah, my Golden was running circles this morning because he was so excited about the snow.

Better yet, when there's snow I don't have to water him as much.

My 3 month old Springer was a little confused, but caught on quickly!

thanks for the kind words Mike. Molly is of course a great friend. Here is another shot from her last winter

she gets worn out when i bring her ice fishing and always ends up taking a nap.... just like at home

My Fox terrier loves the fresh snow too but gets cold kind of easy. I dont think she would be good in the ice house. I know she wouldnt sit still thats for sure.
