Deer Hunting Log

We have a log sheet from Deer and Deer Hunting Magazine and it finally got full. I can not find one on line and really don't want to build it but if I have to I have to. Does anyone know if a pre-made chart exist online to print. It had info like Hunter, doe, buck, fawn, adult, points on left and right, shot distance, caliber of gun, conditions of the hunt, where shot from and what type of hunting you where doing, (stand, still, drive). Thanks

That is funny, I was looking online for the same exact thing yesterday. The only thing that I found was a PDF file. Search for sportsmans research. When you get to the site there is a tab to click-on on the left side of the page. I think it is printable hunting log or something like that.
