abcnerdd
Quote:That hard fall you might have seen Mike Beasley take tonight in Miami is a bruised hip.He fell hard after making a layup and ended up sprawled on the court in great pain.Teammates Darko Milicic and Corey Brewer helped him to the locker room.X-rays taken at the arena were negative and his injury was called a "left hip contusion" by a team representative. That's bruised. He cannot return the game whether he's healthy enough to or not because Kosta Koufos had to shoot his free throw for him after a foul was called on the play.By NBA rules, that makes him done for the night. The Heat lead 69-53 at the half on a night when LeBron James didn't score a field goal until the first half's final minute . Link here. Micheal Beasley played under 11 minutes, shooting 4-9 from the field with 11 points and 2 boards before falling and landing on his left hip. This sucks. He played great, after he left, we fell apart.
gr8icefishinmind
Wolves actually played a great first quarter offensively as they hung with the heat and actually played a decent 2nd quarter as well offensively! Their defense definetly needs work though! Too bad for beasley cause he was playing a great game up until he got hurt, but his follow up dunk was sick!! Luke Ridnour was probably one of the best pickups for this team as he is being a great leader and ball distributor so far! Wolves future looks bright for the next few years as the team grows and players grow older!
