Eagle 642C - GPS Not working

Hello -

We have an Eagle 642C that worked just fine and then just like that the next time I went fishing the GPS won't lock onto Sattellites. We tried the soft reset and messed with a bunch of setting but it still won't get a fix.

Any ideas?

Is it an internal antenna? Does it need network power to work?

If it is an external antenna check power to the network it needs to have power in order to work.
