jigginjim
What do you think of using a belly boat or float tube from flyfishing for hunting waterfowl? It would seem rather fun for early season in small ponds where can not get a canoe or small boat to. Float tube and a dozen deks, hit the small ponds in the middle of an open field (CRP) or wildlife area.Would that be consided a sink box? You are partially hiden below the waterline, but same if your are standing in the pond with waders.
creepworm
I sure would not think so. Any CO with common sense would not write you a ticket for that. Only problem is, according to the regs you would have to be in emerged vegetation.
carpshooterdeluxe
my brother in law and i have used a camo float tube many times to hunt some larger public areas. we really only use it to retrieve birds and set decoys though; then stand in our waders where the water is shallower.
