We found lots and lots of these in the woods near my Dad's place, he's wondering what they are. The look like what I think is fly agaric or fly Amanita - except the color is much lighter.

The one on the tree I would say is a sulfer shelf. Other ones not sure.

No way is that a sulfur shelf... go google up some pics. Its not even close.

As far as the others go, I have no idea!! I only look for easily identifiable edibles and know them well.

The mushrooms on the tree, as others have said, are definitely not Sulfur Shelf. Not even close.
