I'm leaning toward immature bay-breasted. I can't tell from the photo if there are tail spots. Did you notice? My book has an immature section of fall warblers, that one seems the closest. That being said, the imm. blackpoll looks close, too! The blackpoll has more of the spotted breast like this one. Quick! Grab more photos! Nice pictures!

I finally found a book that had isolated fall warblers with wingbars and tail spots and I have to agree with mixxedbagg that it's a Bay Breasted. Good eye and thanks for the help! This is a new Warbler for me.

You are absolutly correct shutterbug. I wish I had a back shot of the bird but it was not coopertive. Warblers are hard to tell in the spring let alone the fall. Your imput though made me look alot harder into some of the other books I have and that is good. I learned alot more about birds than just taking pictures of them. Thanks!
