Magic Jack

Does anyone have Magic jack and if so how do you like it? Im thinking about getting it but I want to know how other people who have it think of it.

i have it, and havent had any problems with it.

That suprises me Scott. I have heard about so many issues with them. I was going to get it but shyed away due to what I had heard.

I guess I will need to do some more research on this.

My neighbors bought one and only used it for a short while. It's been over a year and I don't remember what the issues were specifically, but they didn't like it. Maybe it's changed over time for the better.

I really dont use it much, as I have 2 home lines anyway. I use it when on vacation. Tom if you want to use mine for awhile to try it, your welcome to!

Magic jack really saved me from the ridiculous prices comcast was charging. I have been using it since feb.

Only downfall is it doesn't work to well with the fax machine. But for only $20 a year, its worth it.

I just setup my old laptop for it and turned all power levels to low, rebooting it once a week.

we use it at work for making our long distance calls. Have had it over a year now with no issues. Have not been able to get the fax to work with it though.
